Type 90: PROline 12/20 and 6/20.
Standard equipment: Three (3) height-adjustable
tray bottoms, one (1) collecting tray, one (1) perfo-
rated plate cover as a first storage level and one
removable base cover.

5. Transport
•
For safety reasons, the cabinet must only be
transported when it is empty and closed.
•
Please be aware that the cabinet is very heavy.
•
There is a risk of crushing. Wear safety shoes
when transporting/moving the cabinet.
•
Use technical aids for transport, for example
pallet trucks and forklift trucks. With the base
cover removed, slide the forks under the cabi-
net. Also ensure that the cabinet is transported
without any risk of slipping.
•
When lying down, the safety cabinet can only
be transported on its side or rear wall.
►The cabinet must never be transported with
the doors facing downwards!

The safety cabinet should be transported upright.
Tilting must be avoided during pick-up and trans-
port. Tilting can result in damage, which restricts or
destroys the functions of the built-in safety technol-
ogy. Furthermore, it is essential to avoid setting
down the cabinet abruptly.
Safety cabinet 6/20 can only be picked up using a
fork on a forklift. There is a risk of tipping if handled
improperly.

Dismantling the transport packag-
ing
Transport locks are installed to protect the cabinet
from damage during transport. The transport locks
in the door gaps must only be removed once at the
final installation location!
6. Installation
Important!
The cabinet may only be installed inside
a building.
•
Do not install it near emergency escape routes.
•
Ideally, choose a completely flat space in the
building with a load-bearing surface for instal-
lation (be aware of the heavy own weight of
the cabinet!). The base height adjusters can be
used to compensate for a difference of up to
10 mm between the highest and lowest base
height adjusters.
•
The operating temperature is between 5°C and
35°C.
•
The installation location should be in a well-
ventilated room. The cabinet must be protected
against moisture.
•
Fire risk. For safety reasons, the top of the
cabinet should be kept clear.
Exception: Fan including accessories for cabi-
net ventilation.
