Charging the lift unit
The lift unit is charged using a stand-alone charging unit (Mascot2215,
81000012) that is connected to the lift unit via a DC plug. The charger is placed
in an appropriate place. Remember that the charger is seperate and easily can
be mixed up with other chargers. Make sure to use the correct charger, see
Technical information.
Battery status
The battery symbol is lit green when more than 50% of the capacity is left.
The battery symbol flashes green when 25-50 % of the capacity is left.
If the battery symbol flashes green and orange at start up, the battery needs
charging.
If the battery symbol is dark and an audio signal is heard when lifting upwards
the battery is drained and should be charged immediately.
When the charger is correctly plugged into the lift unit the battery symbol is
constantly lit green.
When the lift unit is activated the battery symbol lights up for 2 seconds to show
the current battery status.
NOTE!
Use only a charger intended for the lift unit.
Charge the battery regularly for maximum life time. Do not allow battery charge
to fall below 25% (green and orange battery symbol flashes on the lift units
information display).
The emergency stop must not be activated when charging.
Replacement of the battery may only be done by authorized personnel.
