To work this out, sit on the bike with your heel resting on the pedal in the low position. The crank arm should be parallel to the seat post. Your leg should be fully extended
without causing any discomfort.
• Important information 1 : When riding the bike, your heel should not be on the pedal. This is only for setting the seat height. When pedaling, your midfoot should
be in contact with the pedal. Your leg should be almost extended but not fully with a slight bend in the knee.
• Important information 2 : The minimum insertion marker must never be visible above the seat tube.
• Tighten your seat post to your frame to the recommended torque.
