Operations
In the addition to controlling basic
operations
from the front panel
buttons, the remote control also has
the same functions.
The power is turned on/off (standby)
by pressing the (power) button on the
remote control unit in standby mode.
The remote control unit is used as
described in the following operations
unless otherwise specified.
1. Press the power switch.
@ When the power is in standby mode, the
indicator lights red.
© When the (power) button on the remote
control unit is pressed in standby mode,
the power is turned on and the indicator
lights yellow.
2. Press the open/close button.
The disc tray will slide out and "OPEN"
will be indicated in the display.Place
the disc gently on the tray with its
label side facing upward. The disc is
set within the disc guides at the center
of the tray.

3. Press the open/close button again.
The disc tray will close and "CL OS" will
be indicated in the display.

The above information is displayed.
Several seconds later, the player enters the
standby mode.
4. Press the > play button.
Disc playback starts from the first track,
and the Play indicator will light.
CAUTIONS :
© Do not force the tray by hand during
opening and closing operations.
© Do not leave the disc tray open
when the player is not in use to
Prevent dirt and dust from entering
the mechanism.
@ Even if the disc tray is open...
Direct access play:
By
pressing
the
numeric
buttons
corresponding to the required tune, the
tray will close and play starts from the
specified tune directly, without your
having to press the play button.
Example:
To play the 5th tune: Press

To play the 21st tune:
Press © twice,then

When the play button is pressed:
The disc tray will close and playback
starts from the first track.
When the pause button is pressed:
The tray will close and the player will
enter the pause mode at the beginning of
the first track and the Pause indicator will
light.
To stop play
To stop playback:
Press the stop button. The player enters
the stop mode.
To unload the disc:
Press the open/close button; playback
stops and the disc tray will slide out, and
all functions are reset to their initial
settings.
To temp:

To resume
playback from the same position, press the
play button or pause button again.
@ Single Playback
1. Press the single button. The SINGLE
indicator will light in the display.
2. Press

3. A single tune will be played back, after
which the player will enter the stop
mode.
© To release the single mode, press the
single button again.

The program playback function allows you
to program up to 20 tunes (tracks) for
playback in any desired order.
@ Programming required tunes
Example:
To program tunes in the order 2 > 15

If the & button

mistake, press the clear button on the
remote control unit to cancel it.
4, Press the > play button.
Programmed playback starts from the
first programmed tune, the 2nd tune on
the disc. When this tune is finished,
the player skips to the 15th tune which
has been stored as the second tune in
the program, etc.

REMAIN time display shows the total

time of the programmed
tunes, from the current position.

If tunes with numbers higher than 20
are programmed, either the REMAIN
time or TOTAL REMAIN time may not
appear in the display.
e@ In the
playback
mode,

be programmed as first tune.
