What to do if there is an issue:
> Switch the product off and then on again.
> Follow the instructions below.
> If the product still does not work properly, contact help@duravit.com.
> Have the article number and serial number on hand. The article number can be
found on the product label on the back of the user manual and in the app.

Troubleshooting
Problem
LED display (seat unit)
The LED display flashes
(red, green, orange) or a
beep sounds.
General problems
Product does not work.
Potential cause
Malfunction
The product is switched
off (power button/status
display is off).
The product is in standby
mode (power button/
status display lights up
red).
Solution
> Switch off the product.
> Disconnect the power
supply.
> Close the stop valve to
interrupt the water
supply.
> Contact
help@duravit.com.
> Switch on the product.
> Activate the product.
