Replace the On/Off Power Switch at an authorised Triton service centre
Ensure that the Depth Stop corresponds to the maximum amount of cut
permitted by the Turret Stops (1)
Tighten router bit/Collet and cutter assembly
Check that power is available at source
Disconnect power, open Brush Access Covers (9)
and ensure brushes are not damaged or heavily worn
Have the tool serviced by an authorised Triton service centre
Re-sharpen or replace cutter
Increase variable speed setting
Reduce pushing force on router
Refit or tighten router bit
Replace router biwt
Disconnect power, remove brushes, clean or replace
Have the tool serviced by an authorised Triton service centre
Release Plunge Lock Lever
Reset the Micro Winder and set depth with the Depth Stop (3)
