Try to use first similar recipe settings for
optimal results.
Place a toothpick inside the cake 10
minutes before the preparation time
expires. If there is no uncooked dough
on the toothpick after removing it, the
cake is ready.
Place it on a lower level and/or use a
lower setting temperature (this can lead
to a longer cooking time).
Utilice una temperatura 10°C superior
(esto puede conllevar un tiempo de
cocinado más corto).
Use a temperature 10°C higher (this
may result in a shorter cooking time).
Decrease the temperature in 10oC (this
could lead to an upper cooking time)
and check the recipe steps.
Place it on a lower level.
Use convection mode to bake at more
than one height and remove the tray/
rack individually when ready.
Steam is part of the cooking process
and is usually released together with
the cooling air flow. This steam can
condensate in different oven surfaces or
near them and form water drops. It
is a physical process and cannot be
completely prevented.
You can use heat-resistant bakeware. It
is recommended not to use aluminium
in direct contact with food, especially
when they are acidic. Make sure the
container and lid fit properly.
