If there is a fault, before contacting the official EVVO Technical Support Service,
make sure it is not caused by an improper use and check the following table to try
and solve the problem on your own.
In most cases, the user itself can solve technical faults easily.
Fault
The appliance does not

The knobs cannot be easi-
ly used
Food is not cooked enough on the time indicated in
the recipe
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and
place food on the level indicated in the
manual.
Do not use the oven when the door
is open, except to remove/introduce/
check food.
Place the tray at height 1. Almost every
liquid dripping from food placed on the
rack will fall into the tray.
It is a normal operation, and it depends
on the temperature setting.
Possible cause
Blown fuse or Power cut.
There is dirt under the
