Description of air heater

1. Threaded holes for device mounting
2. Connection housing cover
3. Screws for connection housing cover
4. Cable gland for mains connection (factory fitted)
Preparation
ƒ Remove the LHS air heater from the packaging.
ƒ Loosen the screws (3) to remove the cover of the connection housing (2).
ƒ Remove the warning note, read carefully and keep it for further reference.
ƒ Assemble the connection cable.
ƒ Pull the connection cable through the cable gland (4).
ƒ Connect the connection cable to the connection pins. as per the "Wiring Diagram" section.
ƒ Check connections for secure screw connection.
ƒ Attach the cover for the connection housing (2) using the screws (3). Retighten cable through the cable
gland (4).
ƒ Tighten the cable gland (4).
Installation
ƒ The installation must ensure that:
- the locally applicable standards and laws are observed.
- the supplied air conforms to the specifications under the chapter "Technical data".
- no (heat) backflow occurs.
- the air heater is not flowed by the hot air jet of another device.
- the air heater is protected against mechanical vibrations and vibrations.
- the air heater is attached to the threaded holes for the device assembly (1)

- the connection housing of the air heater is not damaged by backflowing hot air.
