6. Insert cable bushing (KEL-SCDP 50) so that the
sealing lips fit closely around the edge inside and
outside.
7. Pull the infrastructure cable through the cable
bushing 1 g (Fig. 12).
8. The cable bushing KEL-DP 20/4-1 is required
to seal the wallbox, even if no Ethernet cable is
used.
To install the Ethernet cable, fit the cable bush-
ing (KEL-DP 20/4-1) from the outside to the
inside on the prepared housing break-out (the
hole on the left below 1 g (Fig. 12)) to ensure a
tight seal.
9. Optional: Pull the Ethernet cable (without the
connector) through the cable bushing.
–
Apply shrink hose to the Ethernet cable.
–
Attach RJ45 connector.
The end of the heat-shrinkable hose must
be flush with the RJ45 connector.
–
Use a hot air blower to shrink the hose.
Alternatively, use cable ties to prevent slip-
ping.

10. Fasten the Wallbox 3 g (Fig. 12) to the mounting
plate with five screws.
11. Optional: Connect Ethernet cable g Refer to
chapter "Connecting to the network" on page
36.
12. Seal the fastening screws with rubber seals.

Danger to life due to elec-
DANGER
tric shock
Immediate danger to life due to electric shock if live
parts are touched.
Observe the following safety rules in case of an
emergency or for troubleshooting or during electrical
work on the Wallbox.
e
Disconnect the Wallbox from the power supply.
e
Confirm power is disconnected.
e
Secure against reactivation.
e
Earth and short-circuit the Wallbox.
e
Cover any adjacent live parts and secure the haz-
ardous area.
Danger to life due if con-
DANGER
nected incorrectly
If the electrical supply line is connected incorrectly,
there is an immediate danger to life due to electric
shock.
e
Please refer to the circuit diagram.
e
Connect wires with the correct colours.
e
Observe all local regulations.
e
Additional installation requirements apply to the
UK market if the Wallbox is supplied from a
TN-C-S grid. The installation may require an
additional external device which can guarantee
PEN fault detection and isolation in accordance
with BS7671. In such cases ensure that these
requirements are fulfilled.
