Checklist Before Starting Pump Motor
Review the unit's assembly to ensure you have performed all of
the following.
1. Be sure to read Operator Safety and Operation before using
the electric pressure washer.
2. Check for properly tightened hose connections.
3. Check to make sure there are no kinks, cuts, or damage to
hoses.
4. Provide a proper water supply at an adequate flow.
5. Plug electrical power cord into an electrical circuit rated for
120 Volts AC at 15 Amps that is properly installed in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances
NOTE The power supply must be 120 V, 60 Hz and a minimum
15 amp dedicated circuit.
Connect Wand and Spray Tip
6. Secure the lance to the gun by carefully turning the coupler
on the spray gun until the coupler stops rotating. Do not over
tighten. Most of the threads on the lance will not be visible if
the lance and gun are properly assembled. Be careful not to
cross-thread the gun and lance.
WARNING! The threads on the lance and gun coupler can be
easily cross threaded resulting in an improper assembly. An
improper assembly of the gun and lance can result in personal
injury. Do not use if the threads on the gun coupler and or
lance are cross threaded.
7. Turn ON water, point gun in a safe direction, open trigger
lock lever then squeeze trigger to purge pump of air and
impurities.
8. Choose spray tip you want to use, pull back on collar of spray
wand, insert spray tip and release collar. Tug on spray tip to
make sure it is securely in place. See How to Use Spray Tips.
