Causes
1. the temperature indicator is
too low
2. problems with power supply
1. the iron is cooling
2. the iron does not heat
1. the temperature is to high
1. the temperature indicator is
too low
2. the steam indicator is too
high but temperature is low
1. the steam indicator is
closed
2. the tank is empty
3. the temperature is too low.
The anti-drip system is on.
1. the tank is empty
2. the mecanism is blocked
1. the steam indicator is not
correctly closed
1. some internal pieces have
been oiled

Solution
1. select higher temperature
position
2. check the power supply by
plugging another appliance to
the socket
1. wait until cooling is over
2. see paragraph above
1. select lower temperature
position and let the iron getting
cooler
1. select the temperature in-
dicator on higher position and
wait until the light switch off
2. select the steam indicator
on lower position
1. turn on the steam indicator
2. fill the tank
3. set the higher temperature
if possible
1. fill the tank
2. contact tecnical assistance
centre
1. check that the steam indica-
tor is on
1. smoke will disappear in
short period
