5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning or servicing the oven, disconnect it from the mains.
To prolong the life of your oven, you should clean it frequently, bearing in mind that:
Enamelled or stainless steel parts should be washed with lukewarm water without the

use of abrasive powders or corrosive substances that could damage them. Stainless
steel can stain, if these stains are difficult to remove, use special products available on
the market. After cleaning, it is advisable to rinse thoroughly and dry the product.
The inside of the oven should preferably be cleaned immediately after use while still
-
hot with hot soapy water; the soap should be rinsed out and the inside dried thoroughly.
