OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WIRELESS CONNECTION
This appliance can be controlled with a wireless application on your wireless device.
Visit https://www.danby.com/support/apps to download the application and learn about its operation.
•
When plugged in, the wireless connect light will flash indicating it is ready for wireless connection.
Once connected, the wireless light will illuminate and cease flashing.
•
Press and hold the Wireless Connection button for 3 seconds to turn off the wireless connection
mode. The wireless connection light will turn off as well.
NOTE: If the unit is unplugged, the Wireless Connection light will resume flashing when it is plugged
back in. Turn off the unit only by pressing the power button if you don't want the wireless connection
light to flash.

The Wireless Connection mode will shut down automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity or fail to
connect.
REMOTE CONTROL
1. LED display:
•
Shows the current mode.
•
Shows the set temperature or the auto-
timer settings.
•
Shows the fan speed and so on.
2. Quiet button: Press to start the quiet feature.
3. Power button: Press to turn the appliance on
or off.
4. Cool button: Press to select the cooling
mode.
5. Dry button: Press to select the dehumidifying
mode.
6. Temperature control buttons: Used to set
the temperature.
7. Fan button: Press to select the fan mode.
8. Speed button: Press to select fan speed.
9. Swing button: Press the swing button to
switch between three angles of the louver and
auto-swing.
10. Follow me button: Press to active the Follow
Me feature.
11. Sleep button: Press to start the sleep
feature.
12. C/F button: Press to change the temperature
display from °C to °F.
13. Timer button: Press to start automatic timer.
14. Confirm/Cancel button: Press to confirm or
cancel the timer setting.
15. Lock button: Press to lock the setting. The
setting can not be changed unless the lock
button is pressed again.
16. Light button: Press to turn the LED display
on.
17. Reset button: Press and hold for 3 seconds
to reset the settings.
