Press the accessory upward, turn it and pull it away from the Beater Shaft.

Twist to unlock the Bowl from the Clamping Plate.
CARE AND CLEANING
IMPORTANT: Do not immerse the Stand Mixer body in water or other liquids. Allow the
appliance to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the
appliance.

CLEANING THE WALNUT WOOD BOWL
Before first use, wash with warm soapy water.
IMPORTANT: Do not wash the Wood Bowl in the dishwasher. Wood Bowl is hand washable
only.
Walnut Wood Bowl Care:
Interior and Exterior: Clean the Bowl only by handwashing after each use, and dry it
immediately. Do not leave the Bowl submerged in water for long periods of time. Use only
gentle, non-abrasive detergents and avoid using steel scouring pads. For best care, regularly
season Bowl after each use with food-safe mineral oil, manufactured food safe wood polish, or
walnut oil. Wood is a natural material that shows signs of wear as you use it; marks won't affect
its usage.
IMPORTANT:
� Scrubbing too hard may scratch the Wood Bowl's finish.
� Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents.
� Do not use steel wool or steel scouring pads.
