Cutting deck
To remove the mower

1. Set the attachment clutch control to the
"DISENGAGED" position.
2. Lower the attachment lift lever to its lowest
position.
3. Remove the mower drive belt from the clutch
pulley (M).
4. Push the tab (L) to remove the cable (P) and
slide out of the bracket (S).
5. Remove the clutch cable spring (Q) from the idler
arm (R).
6. Disconnect the front link (E) from the mower,
remove the retainer spring and washer.
7. Disconnect the mower suspension arm (A) from
chassis pin (B) on each side of the mower deck.
8. Disconnect the rear lift link (C) from the rear
mower bracket (D) on each side of the mower
deck.
9. Remove the retainer springs and the washers.
10. Disconnect the mower suspension arm and the
rear lift link on each side of the mower deck.
11. Remove the mower deck from the product.
To install the mower
Make sure that the product is on a level surface
and that the parking brake is engaged. Refer to
engage and disengage the parking brake on page
13 .
1. Lower the mower deck lift lever to the lowest
position.
2. Make sure the mower suspension arms are
pointed forward before you move the mower
below the product.
3. Move the mower below the product until it is in
the middle.

4. Install the clutch cable spring (Q) into the idler
arm (R).

5. Install the clutch cable (P) into the bracket (S).
Note:
Make sure to push the tab (L) until it
clicks.
6. Attach mower side suspension arms (E) to the
chassis.
E
a) Put the hole in the arm above the pin (F) on
the outer surface of the chassis.
b) Tighten with the retainer spring.
c) Do steps A and B again on the opposite side
of the product.
7. Attach the rear lift links (G).
H
a) Lift the rear corner of the mower.
b) Put the slot in the link assembly above the
pin on the rear mower bracket (H).
c) Tighten with the washer and the retainer
spring.
d) Do steps A to C again on the opposite side of
the product.
