Note:
Wear protective gloves or put heavy
cloth on the blade (A).
2. Remove the blade bolt (E) by turning it
counterclockwise.
3. Install the new or resharpened blade as shown.
CAUTION:
in the blade must align with the star
(C) on the mandrel assembly (B).
4. Install and tighten the blade bolt (E) fully (45-55 ft
lbs/ 62-75 Nm).
To remove the drive belt for the mower
blade

1. Park the product on a level surface and engage
the parking brake. Refer to
disengage the parking brake on page 13 .
2. Remove the mower from the product. Refer to
remove the mower on page 23 .
3. Remove the screws (P) from the mandrel covers
(Q).
4. Remove the dirt or grass around the mandrels
and from the top surface of the mower deck.
5. Remove the mower drive belt (E) from the 4
pulleys (R).
6. Remove the mower drive belt (E) from around
the clutch (M) on the engine shaft.

1. Install the drive belt (E) around the 4 pulleys (R).
2. Install the drive belt (E) onto the clutch pulley
(M).
3. Install the mandrel covers (Q). Tighten 4 screws
(P) fully.
4. Lift the lift lever of the mower deck to the highest
position.
To adjust the anti-scalp rollers
The anti-scalp rollers keep the cutting deck in the
correct position on the ground and prevent lawn
To
scalping in most terrain conditions. The anti-scalp
rollers are adjusted correctly when they are slightly
off the ground when the cutting deck is at the
necessary cutting height.
1. Park the product on a level surface and stop the
engine.
2. Adjust the product to the necessary cutting
height. Refer to
13 .
3. Remove the nut, the bolt, the washer, and the
anti-scalp roller.

CAUTION:
Put the drive belt
correctly in all the grooves for the
cutting deck pulley. Risk of damage
to the drive belt if it is not installed
correctly.
