Exclusions from the GUARANTEE
This Guarantee does not cover any defective parts caused by:
- Negligence, misuse and/or inadequate maintenance by the consumer that
contravenes the instructions for use and maintenance (cleaning of filters,
drains, foreign bodies in pipes, etc.).
- Defects resulting from improper installation, connection to the mains
(electricity, water, gas), drainage and exhaust.
- Damage in transit, where the circumstances are not the result of actions or
omissions by the manufacturer.
- Dismantling, tampering with its operation, tampering without any evident
defect and damage caused by force majeure (atmospheric or geological
phenomena, flooding, etc.).
- Accessories and consumables
This Guarantee will automatically become null and void in the event of:
- Manipulation of the equipment by personnel other than SUAVINEX's
Customer Service Department.
- Modification of the information that appears on the documentation
(invoice, sales receipt, delivery note, guarantee) and/or on the equipment
(information plate or missing plate).
- Purchase of the product via unauthorised distributors, namely, purchases
made on unauthorised websites, at auctions and by means of other types of
sale or resale of the product.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
This GUARANTEE contains and respects the mandatory consumer rights
established by Spanish legislation.
For the purposes of establishing the applicable jurisdiction, the place of
performance of the contract of sale is Spanish territory, without prejudice to
any right corresponding to the customer as a consumer and end user.
