2. Trigger Lock Mechanism (See Fig. 9)
WARNING
○ Make sure the trigger is locked when not firing staples.
○ This Stapler has a lock mechanism to prevent the
staples from being fired.

3. Testing the stapler

Before actually beginning the stapling work, test the

Remove the finger from the trigger and press the push
lever against the workpiece.
THE STAPLER MUST NOT OPERATE.
Separate the push lever from the workpiece.

Next, point the stapler downward, pull the trigger and
then wait in that position for 5 seconds or longer.
THE STAPLER MUST NOT OPERATE.

A: Without touching the trigger, depress the push lever
against the workpiece. Next, pull the trigger.
THE STAPLER MUST OPERATE.
B: Hold the trigger back and depress the push lever
against the workpiece again.
THE STAPLER MUST NOT OPERATE.
C: Separate the finger from the trigger. Next, A is operated
again.
THE STAPLER MUST OPERATE.

Separate the push lever from the workpiece, pull the
trigger.
Depress the push lever against the workpiece within
2 seconds.
THE STAPLER MUST NOT OPERATE.

Set the stapling operation indicator blinking ON mode.
(CONTACT ACTUATION MECHANISM) (Fig. 8)
Push the stapling operation switch once, make sure that
the indicator is blinking Blue. Separate the push lever
from the workpiece, pull the trigger. Depress the push
lever against the workpiece within 2 seconds.
THE STAPLER MUST OPERATE.
If no abnormal operation is observed, you may load

staples in the Stapler.
Drive staples into the workpiece that is the same type to
be used in the actual application.
