WARRANTY AND
RESPONSIBILITY
Van Berkel USA, Inc. ("Van
Berkel") warrants to the
first and original buyer of
new equipment that said
equipment, when installed
in
accordance
instructions within North
America and subjected to
normal use and care, is free
from defects in material or
workmanship for a period
of one (1) year from the date
of original purchase ("War-
ranty Period"). Van Berkel
will repair or replace, at our
option, any product or part
that is defective in material
and workmanship without
charge if the product is re-
turned to us postage pre-
paid with dated proof of
purchase and serial number
within the Warranty Period.
This warranty does not ap-
ply to commercial use or
any product abuse.
VAN BERKEL SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHAN-
TABILITY OR EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICU-
LAR PURPOSE. VAN BER-
KEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUIENTIAL
MAGES TO BUYER OR ANY

This warranty is not transfe-
rable and is limited to the

a Van Berkel Authorized
Channel of Distribution. No
warranty is given to subse-
quent transferees.

cellaneous expendable sup-
ply items;
8. cleaning of equipment;
9. misuse or abuse.

des entreprises spécialisées
et autorisées pour la récu-
pération et la démolition
des tels matériaux. L'appa-
reil contient des matériaux
qui peuvent être récupé-
rés ou recyclés. Une bonne
collecte séparée facilite le
recyclage. A la fin de vie
du produit déposez votre
appareil chez un point de
