BUTTON FUNCTIONS
7 MENU:
Press briefly to skip to the menu or to the next menu item.

Press briefly to skip to the next available setting within the menu item.
Press for longer than two seconds to set the current value as the zero point.

4 DATA:
Within the menu: Press briefly to confirm the selected setting.
When the Bluetooth connection is active: Press briefly to transfer the measure-
ment value.

Press for longer than two seconds to activate Bluetooth on the digital caliper and
at the same time select the Bluetooth profile (HID for the computer or APP for the
HCT-App) or de-activate Bluetooth.

Decimal places are displayed and transferred with a comma. Commas can be
changed to points within the spreadsheet program or by the HCT-App.

SLEEP MODE

This is activated automatically after 10 minutes inactivity
1. Keep SET depressed for longer than 4 seconds.

Sleep mode is activated manually.
2. To de-activate sleep mode, move the digital caliper.

ESTABLISHING A BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

Activate Bluetooth on the caliper and select Bluetooth profile.

1. Press DATA for longer than 2 seconds.

HID appears briefly. Bluetooth is activated and HID mode is selected (e.g. for
a PC connection not using the HCT app). See Connection to a PC (HID)

APP appears briefly. Bluetooth is activated and APP mode is selected for us-
ing the HCT app. See Connection with the HCT-APP (APP)
3. Press DATA again for longer than 2 seconds.

1. Select the Bluetooth device (HCT-DC) in the list of devices on the HCT-App.
2. Request data transmission by pressing the DATA button on the caliper or directly
on the HCT-App.

The measurement values are now saved in the HCT-App and can be exported as
a CSV file.
5.2.4.
Connection to a PC (HID)
ü HID activated.
1. Activate Bluetooth on the PC and establish the connection to the caliper.

Select the Bluetooth device (HCT-DC_HID) in the list of devices.
