The warranty period for the disposers is listed
below:
FWDS125 – 12 years from date of purchase
FWDS100 – 10 years from date of purchase
FWDS75 – 8 years from date of purchase
FWDS75BF – 8 years from date of purchase
FWDS50 – 6 years from date of purchase
Models that fail to operate due to factory defect
during its warranty period, will be repaired or
replaced. Franke offers in-home repair service
for the models listed above. To coordinate
in-home warranty service, contact Franke at the
provided contact information in the Warranty
section.
In addition to the stated warranty periods
above, models above also include a lifetime
corrosion warranty. Models above that fail to
operate as a result of corrosion will be repaired
or replaced. Parts or disposer will be provided
to repair or replace the subject disposer. Costs
of service labor for installation will be borne by
the owner. This Lifetime Corrosion warranty is
limited to the original purchaser.
