The Bluetooth feature isn't working
If you encounter any issues when trying to connect with another Bluetooth device, try the
following solutions:
• Make sure that the device you're trying to connect to is ready to be detected or connected
with�
• Make sure that your device's Bluetooth feature has been activated� To do this, you have two
options:
– Open the tablet's quick set-up window and check that the Bluetooth icon shows as
activated (it should be green)�
– Go to Settings
check that the cursor has been activated�
• Check that both Bluetooth devices are located within the maximum Bluetooth range
(approx� 10 m)�
• In your device, go to Settings
click on Reset Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth > Reset settings. You may lose information
saved on your device when you reset it�

Issues connecting to a computer
• Make sure that the USB cable used is compatible with your device�
• Check that the driver needed is installed on your computer and up-to-date�
Your device can't detect your location
GPS signals can be weak in some places, such as inside a building� If this occurs, connect your
device to a WiFi or mobile network to find your location.
Without a WiFi or mobile network connection, it takes more time to identify your GPS position�
The Home button doesn't appear
The navigation bar featuring the Home button may disappear when you're using certain features
or applications� To display the navigation bar, vertically swipe the screen�
