PROBLEM
The induction cooktop
emits a fan noise.
Some pans make crackling
or popping noises.
The light is on, but the mo-
tor does not work.
Light and motor do not
work.
Oil leaks.
Vibration.
Insufficient suction.
Equipment tilts.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The cooling fan integrated
in the induction cooktop
has been started to prevent
overheating of the electronic
components. It may conti-
nue to operate even after the
induction cooktop has been
switched off.
This may be due to the cons-
truction of your cookware
(layers of different metals that
vibrate differently).
The blades are blocked. The
capacitor is damaged. The
motor is damaged. The in-
ternal motor wiring is cut/
disconnected. An unpleasant
odor may be produced.
Apart from the above, the light
is damaged, the power cable
is loose.
The air vent outlet and inlet
are not sealed properly.
The blade, if damaged, may
cause vibrations. The motor
is not properly fastened. The
extractor hood is not properly
fixed.
The distance between the
cooker hood and the worktop
is too large. Too much venti-
lation through open doors or
windows.
The fixing screws are not su-
fficiently tightened. The fixing
screws are not sufficiently
tightened.

SOLUTION
This is normal and does not require any
action. Do not disconnect power to the
induction cooktop at the wall while the
fan is running.
This is normal for cookware and does not
indicate a fault.
Check the blades. Replace the conden-
ser. Replace the motor. Replace motor.
Replace the lights. Connect the wires ac-
cording to the wiring diagram.
Disassemble the plug and seal with glue.
Replace the blade. Fix the motor securely.
Fix the extractor hood securely.
Readjust the distance. Choose a new pla-
ce to install the appliance or close some
doors / windows.
Tighten the fixing screw and set it hori-
zontally. Tighten the suspension screw
and make it horizontal.
