Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
LED does not light up when
the unit is plugged in.
Some buttons do not work
or the LED display is not
normal.
The cooking mode indica-
tor lights up, but heating
does not start.
Heating stops suddenly
during operation and the
display flashes "u".
Heating zones on the same
side (such as the first and
second zones) would dis-
play "u".
The fan motor sounds ab-
normally.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power supply. Auxiliary
power supply board and dis-
play panel are not connected
correctly. The auxiliary power
supply board is damaged. The
display board is damaged.
The display is damaged.
High hotplate temperature.
There is a problem with the
fan. The power supply board is
damaged.
The pot type is incorrect. The
pot diameter is too small. The
hotplate has overheated;
The main plate is damaged.
The fan motor is damaged.

SOLUTION
LED does not light up when the unit is
plugged in. Check the connection. Repla-
ce the control panel. Replace the display
board.
Replace the display board.
Ambient temperature may be too high.
The air inlet or outlet may be blocked.
Check if the fan is working properly. If
not, replace it. Replace the power supply
plate.
Use the correct pot (see instruction ma-
nual). The unit is overheated. Wait for the
temperature to return to normal. Press
the "ON/OFF" button to reset the unit. The
pot detection circuit is damaged.
Replace the power supply board.
Replace the fan.
