13 Inserting and Removing the Battery
► Push the nozzle (1) onto the suction tube (2)
until the nozzle engages.
Once the suction tube is assembled, keep
them connected during use and storage.
12.2 Mounting and Removing the
Suction Tube
WARNING
■ Make sure the battery is removed before start‐
ing assembly. Never operate your shredder
vac without a properly mounted shredder vac
tube and nozzle,

To mount the suction tube:

► Set the mounting openings (1) onto the
hooks (2).
► Swing the suction tube into the housing.
The suction tube will engage with an audible
click.
To remove the suction tube:

► Hold the suction tube firmly with your hand
and pull the release button (1).
The shredder vac will unlock.
► Remove the suction tube from the housing.

Catcher Bag
WARNING
■ Make sure the battery is removed before start‐
ing assembly. Never operate your shredder
vac without a properly mounted suction tube

To mount the catcher bag:
► Close the vents on the catcher bag.

► Align the guides on the shredder vac (4) with
the recesses (3) on the catcher bag (1) and
push the catcher bag over the opening (2).
The catcher bag will engage with an audible
click.
To remove the catcher bag:

► Press and hold the release button (2).
► Pull off the catcher bag (1).
