Problem
The machine does not turn on.
The machine doesn't
dispense coffee.
The capsule is not ejected.
The pump is too noisy.
Coffee is cold.

dispenser, especially when the
machine is warming up.

Coffee tastes sour.

Causes
The power supply cable is not connected
The main on/off switch (9) is positioned on "0".
No water in the tank.
The water tank has not been correctly
inserted.
The moveable part of the top of the
machine is not completely closed.
The capsule is not inserted in the
capsule compartment.
The capsule is not fully pierced
The pump did not prime.
The pump is defective.
The capsule is still positioned in the
compartment.
The tank is empty.
The water tank is not seated
Properly.
The capsule is not fully pierced .
The heating system is defective.
The machine is fitted with a valve that maintains
constant pressure.
The machine was not rinsed properly after
descaling.
Capsule expired.

Corrective action

Connect the plug to a power outlet in
accordance with the specifications given
on the data plate.
Position the main on/off switch (9) on "I".
Fill tank with water.
Insert the water tank completely into the
machine until it clicks firmly into place.
Lift the lever (1) and make sure that a
capsule has been inserted into the capsule
compartment. Lower the lever (1) into the
locked position. Try again to brew a coffee
with a capsule.
Insert a capsule in the capsule
compartment.
Use a new capsule. If you cannot solve
the problem, you are kindly requested to
contact your service center.
Check that the capsule compartment is
empty of capsules, lower the lever (1) into
the locked position and touch the button
to dispense water. Try again to brew a
coffee with a capsule.
Call the service centre.
Close the lever (1), then slowly open it
again.
Fill the tank.
Seat the tank properly take a new capsule.
Use a new capsule. If you cannot solve
the problem, you are kindly requested to
contact your service center.
Call the service centre.
THIS IS NOT A FAULT.
Descale the machine as described in the
related paragraph.
Carry out a other rinse cycle as described
in the related paragraph
Use a new capsule.
