OPERATING MODES
To change the operating mode press for at least 0.5 sec the button correspondent to the desired mode.
MAN mode (manual) - In MAN mode, you can manually control the switches by pressing the button
correspondent to the line to which you want to connect the load, at choice between I (line 1), 0 (neutral
position, load disconnected) and II (line 2). In case of utility-generator application, the starting and
stopping of the generator can manually controlled by holding down the MAN key.
AUT mode (automatic) - The AUT mode is highlighted by the lighting of the corresponding green LED.
In automatic mode, the unit manages automatically the opening and closing of the switches and the
starting and stopping of the generator.
When the priority line voltage is out of bounds for a time longer than those set (line status green LED
turns off), the unit disconnects the load from the priority line and connect it to the secondary line,
managing both start-up of any generator and interlock time delay. It is possible to program the unit to
open the priority line changeover device before or after the secondary line has been made available,
through parameter P04.04 in the M04 Changeover menu.
When the priority line comes back within the limits, the unit will switch back the load on it and decide the
possible cooling cycle of the generator. It is possible also to lock the automatic return to the priority line
by means of parameter P04.07 or with a digital input programmable with the function Inhibit return to
priority line (default: INP2 input).
POWER-UP
– ATL500 has self-seeking power supply from the two measurement inputs 110...240VAC. It means that
it is self-powered by automatically selecting the best line available between line 1 and line 2, taken
from the inputs L1 and N (neutral) without the necessity of an external circuit for the control and
selection of the auxiliary power supply.
– During power-up all the LEDs are made blinking in order to verify their operation.

MODOS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
Para cambiar el modo de funcionamiento es preciso pulsar la tecla del modo deseado durante al menos
0,5 segundos.
Modo MAN (manual): en este modo es posible controlar manualmente los contactores/conmutadores
pulsando el botón correspondiente a la línea a la que se quiere conectar la carga; se puede elegir entre I
(línea 1), 0 (posición neutra, carga desconectada) o II (línea 2). En el caso de las aplicaciones de red y
grupo, se puede mantener pulsada la tecla MAN para encender y apagar manualmente el grupo.
Modo AUT (automático): cuando se enciende el LED verde correspondiente, el modo AUT está activado.
En el modo automático, el equipo realiza las operaciones de apertura y cierre de los
contactores/conmutadores de forma autónoma durante el arranque y la parada de los grupos
electrógenos.
Cuando la línea principal no respeta los límites durante un tiempo superior al tiempo de retardo
configurado (LED verde de tensión de línea apagado), el equipo desconecta la carga de la línea principal
y la conecta a la línea secundaria para gestionar el arranque del grupo electrógeno y los tiempos de
maniobra e interbloqueo. Es posible programar el equipo para que el interruptor de la línea principal se
abra antes o después de que la línea alternativa esté disponible mediante el parámetro P04.04 del menú
M04 Conmutación de carga.
Cuando la línea principal respeta los límites, el equipo vuelve a conmutar la carga a esa línea y decide el
posible ciclo de refrigeración del grupo electrógeno. También es posible configurar el bloqueo del retorno
automático a la línea principal mediante el parámetro P04.07 o una entrada digital programada con la
función Inhibición de retorno automático a la línea principal (entrada INP2 predeterminada).
PUESTA EN MARCHA
– El conmutador ATL500 incorpora autoalimentación doble (autobúsqueda) de 110 a 240VAC.
Esto significa que selecciona automáticamente la línea de alimentación más adecuada de las dos,
procedente de los terminales L1 y N (neutro), sin necesidad de un circuito externo que controle y elija
la tensión de alimentación.
– Durante la puesta en marcha todos los LED parpadean para verificar el funcionamiento.
