After 400 hours of operation:
– After approx. 400 hours of operation, the
suction motor's carbon brushes must be
checked and, if necessary, replaced.
5.3 Battery charging
Connect battery charger to battery charge
connector (H2), at the same time disconnec-
ting the emergency stop connector (G1/H1)
and connecting the charger to the fixed por-
tion of the battery charge connector (H2).
Warning! See Safety instructions, Sec. 5.1.
NOTE:
– Follow the battery charger manufacturer's
operating instructions.
– A minimum of 12 hours is required to ful-
ly charge a battery.
– Battery and battery charger are matched
to one another. We accept no liability if
battery chargers other than those recom-
mended by Wetrok are used.
– Do not recharge after brief periods of
use. (Allow at a minimum a 20% dischar-
ge before recharging.)
– Recharge batteries from time to time if
they are not used for extended periods (to
prevent a deep discharge).
– The battery contacts should be covered
to prevent metal objects (such as tools)
from making a connection between them
and causing a short circuit.
5.4 Access to the batteries
– Use the main key switch key to unlock the
tank housing (E1).
– Then lift up the tank housing (E1) (see Fig. E).
This will expose the important serviceable
components. The battery charge connector
(H2) for the batteries is accessible from the
outside.
NOTE:
Make sure that, before you lift up the tank
housing (E1), the tank has been emptied of
its contents (see Sec. 3.5).
If the machine is used over multiple
shifts, acquisition of a second battery
pack and battery-switching device is re-
commended. The Wetrok customer servi-
ce department will be happy to assist you
further.
6. Troubleshooting and fault clea-
rance
In order to be able to help you quickly in the
event of a problem, the Wetrok service de-

7. Service
All Wetrok machines have been factory-te-
sted for safety. For operating safety and to
preserve the value of the machine, the ma-
chine should be serviced once a year or after
400 hours of use. Servicing may be perfor-
med only by the Wetrok service department
or by authorized professionals. A Wetrok
maintenance subscription is available.
8. Storage, transport
When not in use, the machine must be sto-
red dry and under normal indoor conditions.
Both water tanks must be emptied. Leave
tank covers open. When transported over
longer distances, the machine must be ap-
propriately secured and packed. The machi-
ne can be pushed in a switched-off state if
the release lever (C2) is pulled outward and
blocked with a screwdriver or similar object.
9. Technical enhancements
We reserve the right to make technical chan-
ges. The machine may therefore differ in
matters of detail from information contained
in the operating instructions.
10. Disposal
– Packaging materials and unconsumed
and vacuumed cleaning agents must be
disposed of in compliance with national
regulations.
Return batteries to the manufacturer for
professional disposal.
– The machine must be disposed of in
compliance with national regulations after
it has been retired from service.
Caution! Batteries contain acids. Do not
open by force. Chemical burns may result!
11. Warranty
Damage due to normal wear, overloading or
improper use are not covered by warranty.
Claims can be accepted only when the ma-
chine is repaired by a service facility authori-
zed by Wetrok.
