CAUTION: Do not point the high-
pressure washer directly at seals or
connection points.

To do a general inspection

• Make sure that the power cord and extension cable
are in good condition and not damaged.
• Make sure that nuts and screws are tight.
• Make sure that the head locks are tight. If it is
necessary, tighten the head locks and use
®
LOCTITE 680 threadlocker.

To do a check of the grinding discs

• Examine the spring steel spring for damages and
make sure that it is in good condition.
• Replace damaged spring steel springs.
Note: It is not necessary to discard the grinding disc
when you replace the spring steel spring.
• Add a second spring steel spring to make the spring
steel head less flexible.

Drive system for grinding head

The drive system for the grinding head is a closed
system. If you have problems with the drive system of
the grinding head, speak to your Husqvarna service
agent.

To install and remove the grinding head

WARNING: The chassis is not balance when
the grinding head is removed. Make sure
that the chassis can not fall. It can cause
injury or damage.
1. Put the motor cable (A) in front of the grinding head.

2. Push the chassis near the grinding head (B).
3. Put the motor cable through the slot between the
grinding head and the chassis.
