6.0 SOFTWARE INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 SOFTWARE INSTRUCTIONS WITH KEYPAD SMART
6.1.1 PASSWORD
Press PRG on the master board to switch to programming mode.
The display will show the Code on line 1.
During programming, the keys available have the following functions:
SAW 40-key keypad
Key 7: INC
increase value
Key 8: ENTER
validate value and move to next item
Key 9: DEC
decrease value
Key 10: ESC
return to previous menu
Key 11: CUR
move cursor
Key 13: in the dose menu, display the name at EV, Mixer or Soluble Products

Key 16: in the dose menu, perform a complete machine test sequence.
6.1.2 MACHINE MENU
The first line of the main menu shows "Select menu", the second line shows
the items to be programmed, making reference to the following list:

Pour quitter le menu principal et retourner à l'état normal, appuyer à nou-
veau sur la touche de programmation ou maintenir la touche ESC pressée
pendant 1,5 seconde.
6.1.3 MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is performed by pressing the key 'Service'.
In line 1 "Maintenance xxx" will be displayed , where xxx displays the boiler
temperature, and in line 2 the possible detected alarms.
Pressing twice the key Service, the stand by heating phase will be bypassed,
allowing you to perform test selections even on non regimen temperatures.
Pressing a key the slave boiler temperature will be displayed in scroll.
The maintenance panel has the following functions:
On maintenance mode, the keys have the following meaning:
Key 2: Alarm scrolling and signalling (when held down for 5 s, the last 15
alarms are displayed).
Key 2: Alarm reset
Key 3: Complete test
Key 4: Water-only test
Key 5: Ground coffee test (only coffee grinding and group reset)
Key 6: Test without sugar and spoon
Key 7: Coffee group rotation
Key 8: Total selections plus alternated hot and cold
Key 9: Carousel movement, steps 0-1-2-3-4-5-6- 7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-
15-16 (inching display)
Key 10: Mixer test (held down for 3 s)
Key 11: Automatic grinding gearmotor 1 (if held down for 3 s), rotates
anticlockwise for 2 s and clockwise of 1 s.
Key 12: Spoon release
Key 13: Decounter recharge
Key 14: MDB tube filling

Press SERVICE again to exit maintenance mode operation.
Automatic exit from the maintenance mode occurs after 60 s of inactivity.
Selection display
displays in sequence (5 seconds for each display):
– total number of non-resettable selections
This procedure can be interrupted by pressing button
1 again.
Decounter reset
Decounters are reset.
The key is enabled if YES has been ticked for the
ENABLE RESET parameter in the DECOUNTER page.
The operator can choice (key 7) whether to recharge
all the decounters or each powder product. Press key
43 to confirm and key 10 t return to the previous
menu.
Alarm scrolling
used to scroll though alarms and signals. Any signals
are displayed in line 2 as soon as the maintenance
mode is activated. If line 2 is blank, it means there
are no signals. The display does not updates auto-
matically on maintenance mode. You need to press
this key again to update the display.
Failure reset
All alarms are reset and the system launches a ma-
chine overall reset.
Group rotation
Complete rotation of the coffee group is performed.
Column rotation
Rotation of the cup column is performed.
Cup release
The cup is released
Mixer test
All mixers are tested
Spoon release
A spoon is released
Incup forwards
Forward transversal movement of the incup
Incup backwards
Backward transversal movement of the incup
Tube filling
MDB
Tubes emptying

Input test
A test is performed of all digital inputs. The master
board emits a beep at each input change.
No-sugar test
A selection is tested without sugar

A selection is tested with water only
Door magnet
Activation of a door magnet test
Hopper
The hopper is tested (one coin dispensed)
Door-up magnet
The test of the magnet locking the door in the up
position is activated.
