5.2 Starting up the generator manually

1 Open the access window or the entire door. Turn the gasoline valve to "ON"
as shown in the figure below.

2 Turn the choke lever to the closed air position closed, as shown in the lower
(left) figure, this position enriches the gasoline mix and makes start up easier.
CHOKE
It may not be necessary to use the choke if the engine was shut down recently and
is still warm.
