NOTE: The spark plug must be tightened firmly. A loose spark plug may
overheat and even damage the engine. Similarly, overtightening may damage the
spark plug and, worse, the engine cylinder head thread.
11.4 Sediment bowl maintenance
Gasoline valve sediment deposit maintenance.
DANGER: Gasoline is extremely explosive and flammable. Smoking, starting
fires or generating any type of flame is completely forbidden when performing this
maintenance operation. Check the safety instructions regarding gasoline on
chapter 1 of this manual.
1 Open the valve access window and close the gasoline passage.
2 Using a spanner, unscrew the deposit by turning counter clockwise.
3 Remove the deposit, its o-ring and
the sediment strainer.
4 Clean all the residues of the
deposit and the strainer.
5 Install the
strainer, joint
deposit in the fuel key.
