6.3.1 Startup
1. Place the machine on a stable and level surface.
2. Attach the power plug
Plug the power plug into the designated socket.

In dangerous situations, the movements of the machine must be stopped and the power supply cut off as
quickly as possible. Also make sure that the curved knife is securely clamped into the clamping device and
rests safely against the end stop bolts.

1. The curved knife must be
securely placed in the
center of the adjusting
plate. Smooth cutting
surface at the top,
serrated edge at the
bottom.
3. Position the end stop
bolts as far out as
possible and fix them in
place.

in from the adjusting
plate.
4. Position the clamping
device in such a way that
the knife holder securely
clamps the curved knife
you want to sharpen
(approx. half of the
overlap)
