As it is different for the different types of knives, the grinding angle must be adjustable.
The following steps are necessary:

Also make sure that the curved knife is securely clamped into the horizontal clamping
device and rests safely against the end stop bolts.
1.
Loosen the clamping lever on one side.
2.
Hold the electric motor with one hand while loosening the second clamping lever.
ATTENTION!
When opening the second clamping lever, hold the electric motor only at
the front, as there is a RISK OF INJURY at the rear!!
3.
Adjust the grinding angle before retightening both clamping levers.
TIP!
Setting the right grinding angle is easier for new knives.
The rotation limiter (end stop) must be set in such a way that the cup grinding wheel remains inside
the cutting surface and does not grind over the edge at the beginning or the end of the knife.
The adjustment can be made for each knife.
1.
Undo the star screw.
2.
Make the adjustment.
3.
Retighten the star screw.
Always wear the following protective equipment when operating the machine:
Protective clothing
Safety shoes
Safety goggles
Hearing protection
Knife sharpener MS 100
