For safe operation, it is essential to use C3 to

following detection of an obstacle is different
for each type.
Measure the force of the impact and compare it to
the values indicated in Standard EN12453:2000. If the
values measured are above those of the Standard,
modify the parameters indicated below until the
Standard is complied with:
• Nominal operator force: A20X
• Maximum trapping force: A6XX

Function Ab01 allows the traffic light card to be used
to activate the operator brakes.
Function AE01 modifies behaviour when an obstacle
is detected by the interior photocell during opening.
In this case, the gate will stop if the exterior
photocell is blocked, instead of closing for 2
seconds.
Function AE02 modifies behaviour to adapt it to
industrial environments: reverse operation has a 1.5
second delay, torque regulation is maximum (A209),
and maximum trapping force is not limited (A600).

The control board must be programmed
respecting the values set out in Standard
EN 12453:2000, shown in the attached charts,
in line with the type of door or gate. The
measurements must be made in line with the
method described in Standard EN 12445:2000.
SWING AND SLIDING GATES: The Standard
indicates that at distances of between 50 mm
and 500 mm, the dynamic force must be less
than 400N. At distances of over 500mm, the
dynamic force must be less than 1400N.
UP AND OVER GATES: the Standard indicates
that dynamic force must be less than 400N.
