not grant the right to claim replacement for product free of defects or the
termination of the contract of sale and refund of the amount paid.
6- The defects that hinder the use of the product according to its intended
destination, detected in the warranty period, will be resolved free of charge
within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the defective product to
Econovedades I-Di SL, In cases justified (for example, importing parts from
abroad), the period of repair or replacement may be extended. Such
eventuality will be notified to the buyer.
7- In the event that the buyer finds a defect in the product, he is obliged to
send said product to Econovedades I-D-i SL, at his own expense, with the prior
authorization of the authorized representative of Econovedades I-D-i SL.
Preferably the product will be returned in its original packaging.
8- In the notification of equipment failure, the buyer must indicate:
• Legal name of the buyer, registered office, contact telephone number,
contact person.
• Date of purchase, model, serial number.
• Description of malfunction of the product under warranty and at the request
of Econovedades I-D-i SL, show the purchase invoice for the product.
9- This warranty does not apply to glass parts, batteries, cables, housing and
consumable parts during normal use of the product.
10- In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Protection of
personal data, Econovedades IDi SL, informs the buyer that the communication
of personal data collected in point 8 of this guarantee, at the time of notifying
a defect in the product, as well as after making repairs, is completely voluntary.
However, if the buyer decides not to communicate his personal data,
Econovedades IDI will not be able to fulfill his obligations contained in the
guarantee granted. With the communication of their personal data, the buyer
expressly gives his consent for Econovedades IDI S.L. with headquarters in

36350 Nigrán (Pontevedra) - Spain.
11- The transportation of parts and / or replacement of the machine is covered
by the guarantee.
12- The guarantee is extended to for life when the annual maintenance service
is contracted, which will take effect from the second year. Consult conditions.
