MAINTENANCE:
This machine has two solenoid valves that could be affected due to some impurity in the
water. For this reason, at the rear of the machine there are two covers from which they
can be accessed for cleaning. If the case arises, consult your dealer or factory so that they
can tell you how to proceed. This machine does not require any other type of maintenance
beyond what is needed for its daily operation.
DECARBONIZATION PROCEDURE:
OUR MACHINE HAS A SPECIFIC PROGRAM TO ACT IN EACH CASE. THE TOUCH SCREEN
WILL TELL YOU HOW TO PROCEED AT EACH STEP. FOLLOW PROPERLY THE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR A CORRECT OPERATION.
HOW OUR GAS WORKS WITHIN AN ENGINE:
Our teams use a high-efficiency electrolysis system (pulsed electronics) and are
equipped with legally protected safety and control systems of their own development,
differentiating them from any equipment on the market. After multiple tests carried out
by ourselves and by highly specialized centers, we have obtained and verified that
oxyhydrogen gas has a chemical and electrical affinity with the carbon deposited, which
makes them tend to bind, which is why it takes off, burns and eliminates all carbon
deposits accumulated in the engine.
The gas generated by our machine is introduced through the intake, mixing with the air
drawn in through the filter. As it passes through the tubes and parts that are before the
combustion chamber it will have no effect, neither positive nor negative.
Inside the combustion chamber, our gas will create a controlled pyrolysis, which will
raise the temperature to the appropriate point, concentrating the heat inward (by
implosion), which causes the residues in the chamber to be burned, including the
deposits found in valves, injector heads, spark plugs, piston heads, etc., with the unique
feature that the engine metals do not heat up.
Subsequently, all the heat generated together with the water vapor begins to form
part of the exhaust gases that will also decarbonize the pipes through which they pass,
EGR, intake, turbo, FAP and catalyst.
USE: We have to clearly understand how our gas works, we will always clean the
combustion chamber (with the same effect) no matter what we do during
decarbonization.
DIESEL ENGINES: For a standard treatment, we will do all the decarbonisation at idle for
the entire hour, accelerating every 10 minutes. With this process we will get the EGR to
open and close,
actuate the turbo and that the gases arrive hotter and with more pressure to the parts
that are cleaned with the passage of gases (Turbo, FAP, etc.)
To clean the EGR and the intake, we must treat the revs in which the EGR is more open.
This will depend on the motor on which we operate.
