If the supplied spring is right-hand rotation, place the spring to the left side of the spring
bracket; if it is left-hand rotation, place it to the right side of the bracket. If the cable
drum is right-hand rotation, secure it to the right side of the winding shaft; if the cable
drum is left-hand rotation, secure it to the left side of the winding shaft. Determine the
rotation direction of the cable drum in the following way: If the drum is embossed with
the letters "RH", it is a right-hand rotation cable drum; if the drum is embossed with
the letters "LH", it is a left-hand rotation cable drum. Determine the spring rotation
direction by the end direction of the spring. If the direction of the spring end is upward,
the spring is right-hand rotation; if it is downward, it is left-hand rotation. As illustrated
in Fig. 20:
6.1.3. Assembling the winding shaft components
As illustrated in Fig.21, loosen the winding shaft bracket first; slide the two ends of the
above assembling into the bearing sleeves of the symmetrical winding shaft brackets.
Use the self-drilling screw or the expanding screw to fasten the spring bracket. Then lay
the holding parts of the winding shaft into the winding core and torsion spring bracket,
secure the centre bracket of the winding shaft to the winding core with two bolts.
Note: The two bolts must be fully tightened, or the spring loose may cause serious
injury.
