10.3. Opener assembling:
Adjust the front and rear position of clutch, align the internal spline of the chain wheel
on the rail with the external spline of No.4 (Fig. 28).
Connect the rail with the opener according to the direction in Fig. 27.
Pass the No.1 (Lock bolt M8X12) through the hole of No.2 ("U" type connection)
and lock tightly with the opener header No.3 (Screw hole M8) according to the figure
direction (as shown on Fig. 27 and Fig. 28)
10.4. Hoisting opener – front bracket installation
The centreline of front bracket should be coinciding with the lintel centre line (as in
Fig. 29).

10.5. Hoisting opener – perforated bracket installation
Install the perforated brackets at first as shown in Fig. 30.
Install the perforated brackets vertically to the rail and symmetrically with the
centreline. The length of No.1 is about 250-300mm. If the installation space is limited,
the length of No.5 can be reduced by the actual requirement.

10.6. Hoisting opener
Fig. 31: Connect the driving rail to the front bracket by pin No.1. Secure the pin by No.2
(double R elastic pin). Lift the side with the opener motor to make the rail coincide
with the lintel centreline. Connect the opener to the perforated bracket by four square
neck bolts.
