2) Zum Abhören eines Eingangskanals die entspre-
chende Taste PFL (7) drücken und den Crossfader
CH
(18) ganz nach links (PFL) schieben. Bei nicht
gedrückter Taste (1) zeigt die LED-Anzeige (11)
den Vorhörpegel der Kanäle CH 2 (obere LED-
Kette) und CH 3 (untere LED-Kette) an.
Zum Abhören der Stereo-Summe den Crossfader
ganz nach rechts (PROG.) schieben.
3) Mit dem Regler LEVEL (17) die gewünschte Kopf-
hörerlautstärke einstellen.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie die Kopfhörerlautstärke
nie sehr hoch ein. Hohe Lautstärken können auf
Dauer das Gehör schädigen! Das menschliche
Ohr gewöhnt sich an große Lautstärken und emp-
findet sie nach einiger Zeit als nicht mehr so hoch.
Darum eine hohe Lautstärke nach der Gewöhnung
nicht weiter erhöhen.
5.3 Abhören der Stereo-Summe über die
Monitoranlage
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Stereo-Summensi-
gnale über eine Monitoranlage abzuhören. Der Si-
gnalpegel ist unabhängig von der Stellung des Sum-
menreglers MASTER (16).
Die Monitoranlage an die Buchsen BOOTH (23)
anschließen. Mit dem Monitorregler BOOTH (14) die
gewünschte Lautstärke für das zur Monitoranlage
abgehende Signal einstellen.
5.4 Durchsagen über das DJ-Mikrofon
Zur besseren Verständlichkeit einer Mikrofondurch-
sage können die Pegel der Kanäle CH 2 und CH 3
um 12 dB abgesenkt werden. Dazu die Taste TALK-
OVER (6) drücken.
Bei nicht gedrückter Taste ist die Talkover-Funk-
tion abgeschaltet.

For monitoring the stereo master, slide the cross-
fader completely to the right (PROG.).
3) Adjust the desired headphones volume with the
LEVEL control (17).
CAUTION: Do not adjust the headphones to a
high volume. Permanent high volumes may dam-
age a person´s hearing! The human ear gets ac-
customed to high volumes which do not seem to
be that high after some time. Therefore, do not fur-
ther increase a high volume after getting used to it.
5.3 Monitoring the stereo master via the
monitoring system
It is possible to monitor the stereo master signals via
an extra monitoring system. The signal level is inde-
pendent of the setting of the master control (16).
Connect the monitoring system to the BOOTH
jacks (23). The desired volume of the signal fed to
the monitoring system can be adjusted with the moni-
tor control BOOTH (14).

5.4 Announcements via the DJ microphone

For a better understanding of a microphone an-
nouncement, channels CH 2 and CH 3 can be
attenuated by 12 dB. For this press the TALKOVER
button (6).
If the button is not pressed, the talkover function is
deactivated.
