4.7. Disassembling for storage

For storage, you must also remove the batteries, be extremely careful.
Avoid handling metal tools, touching the battery terminals and observe
the instructions of the battery manufacturer.

You will firstly need to remove the seat and the panel.
Remove the seat by pulling it upwards.

The panel is fixed in place with 2 hand screws.
Undo these screws and remove the panel.
Disconnect the plug connection for the rear lighting.
The batteries should then be removed. To make this easier, the
cables are fitted with plug connections.
Disconnect the plug connections (Fig. 34) for both batteries.
Then undo the screw on the mounting bracket (Fig. 35). You do not
need to completely remove the screw in order to do this.

For your safety, the seat must be lifted by two peop-
le, as it is the heaviest individual part (17 kg).
RISK OF ENTRAPMENT! Ensure that you are aware
of the increased risk of entrapment when stowing
your scooter.

4.8. Taking on public transport

According to a decree from 2017, your scooter is suitable to be taken
on public transport and is authorised to bear the corresponding
sticker (Fig. B). Please note that the total weight of 300 kg must not
be exceeded. The maximum total length of 120 cm must also not be
exceeded by attachments or similar items.
To take your scooter onto a bus, you will need to navigate a ramp in
reverse. This takes a certain degree of skill. Practise reversing in a safe
environment before your first bus journey.
Not all buses are suitable for electric scooters; please check with the
local transport provider in advance.
