Vor- bzw. Rücklauf.
Bei eingeschalteter Pause kann der Vor- und
Rücklauf ebenfalls benutzt werden, um eine
bestimmte Stelle anzufahren. Nach beendetem
Schnellauf wird die momentane Stelle so lange
wiederholt, bis die Taste
gedrückt wird.
11 SEARCH-Knopf zum exakten Anfahren einer
bestimmten Stelle im Pausen-Modus. Bei einge-
schalteter Pause wird auf der CD so lange und so
schnell vor- oder zurückgefahren, wie der
SEARCH-Knopf gedreht wird. Nach dem Drehen
wird die momentane Stelle so lange wiederholt,
bis die Taste PLAY
gedrückt wird.
Bei laufender CD können durch Vor- und Zurück-
drehen des SEARCH-Knopfs „Scratch"-Effekte
erzeugt werden.
12 TIME-Taste zum Umschalten der Zeitanzeige.
Bei laufender CD zeigt das Display die Restzeit
des gerade gespielten Titels und zur Kennzeich-
nung REMAIN. Durch mehrfaches Drücken der
Taste TIME können folgende Zeitinformationen
und Funktionen gewählt werden:
1. die bereits gespielte Zeit des momentanen
Titels (die Anzeige REMAIN erlischt)
2. die Restzeit der gesamten CD (jedoch nicht
bei einer programmierten Titelfolge, dann er-
scheint nur -- -- -- --)
3. die Funktion OUTRO zum Abspielen der je-
weils letzten 15 Sekunden eines Titel (diese
Funktion ist erst ab dem nächsten Titel aktiv,
eventuell die Taste SKIP
4. beim vierten Tastendruck zeigt das Display
wieder die Restzeit des gerade gespielten
Titels und zur Kennzeichnung REMAIN
Steht das Laufwerk auf Stop (Symbole
nicht im Display sichtbar), wird mit dem Betätigen
der TIME-Taste eine eventuell programmierte
Titelfolge gelöscht.
13 LOOP-Taste zum mehrfachen Wiederholen eines
bestimmten Abschnitts, siehe Kapitel 5.7 „Be-
stimmten Abschnitt wiederholen"
9 Buttons PITCH BEND to synchronize the beat of
a title of playing mechanism 1 to that of a title of
playing mechanism 2 and vice-versa. As long as
one of the buttons is pushed, the speed is lower
resp. higher.
10 SCAN knob for the quick advance resp. reverse
run according to the turning direction of the knob.
The further the SCAN knob is turned, the quicker
the advance resp. reverse run is.
In the pause mode, the advance resp. reverse
run can also be used to position a certain spot.
After the end of the advance resp. reverse run the
actual spot is repeated for such a long time until
the button
is pushed.

the SEARCH knob is turned. After turning, the

With the CD playing, "SCRATCH" effects may be
produced by turning the SEARCH knob forward
and backward.
12 TIME button to switch over the time display. With
the CD playing, the remaining time of the actual
title is displayed by REMAIN. By pushing the but-
ton TIME several times, the following time infor-
mation and functions can be selected:
1. the time already played of the actual title (the
display REMAIN expires)
2. the remaining time of the total CD (not in case
of playing a programmed title sequence, then
only -- -- -- -- is displayed)
3. the function OUTRO to play the last 15 se-
conds of a title (this function is only activated
from the next title on, if required, push the but-
ton SKIP
)
4. by pushing the button a fourth time, the
remaining time of the actual title is displayed
again by REMAIN.
If the playing mechanism is in the stop mode
(symbols

Aufstellmöglichkeiten
Die Laufwerk- und die Steuereinheit sind für die
Montage in ein 19"-Rack vorgesehen, können aber
auch als Tischgeräte verwendet werden. Die Lauf-
werkeinheit muß auf jeden Fall waagerecht betrie-
ben werden (die CDs liegend), während die Steuer-
einheit beliebig, z. B. auch gekippt, eingebaut
werden kann.
