3.2 Star ng
Always switch the machine OFF before removing the Head. The machine is silent.
Do not leave utensils such as: knives, forks and similar on the Pan.
Be sure that the Head's internal components are assembled correctly as per order indicated
on Picture - 03.
Pushing the ON/OFF Switch Nº03 (Pic.02) to ON posi on located on the Motor Housing
right hand side ac vates the machine.
3.3 Cleaning
To do cleaning proceed as follows:
3.3.1 Switch the machine off and unplug the machine from power supply source.
3.3.2 Remove the Locking Ring Nº07 (Pic.02) and all the Head's internal components.
3.3.3 Loosen locking knob located on the right hand side of the machine to be able to
remove the Head Nº01 (Pic.02).
3.3.4 Wash all components with warm water and neutral soap.
3.3.5 To assemble the Head follow the above sequence inversely.
Do not store the Head with product inside.
3.4 Components Adjustment and Replacement
3.4.1 Plate and knife sharpening
Well-sharpened plates and knife will make machine to work with less effort and consequently
all components will last longer. Therefore call your nearest technical assistant to sharpen
plates and knife periodically.
3.4.2 Gear Box
The Meat Grinder model has gear box lubricated with oil.
To keep your machine in good condi ons for a long me check oil level at every 5.000
hours of use. Take your machine to the nearest technical assistant to do this job.
Use 250 ml of oil each me you need to refill gear box. The following oil is recommended:
UNITRON 140 - CASTROL, or a similar one with viscosity: SAE140, APIGL-4 or ANP1006.
