Maintenance instructions

Check the following points, regarding fixing, functioning
and wear, at periodic intervals but at least once a year or
when mounting spare parts.
1. The fixing of the rail brackets.
2. The hose.
3. The end stops.
4. The trolley stop.
5. The wheels of the suction trolley.
6. Check that the suction trolley moves easy in the
whole length of rail.
7. Check the guide ways of the suction trolley regarding
wears. Clean the guide ways if necessary.
8. Check the rubber buffer and the schock absorber of
the suction trolley.
9. The nozzle.
10. Check that there is enough suction power in the
exhaust hose.
11. The operation of the balancer. Make sure that the hose
lifts up properly. If necessary, adjust the lifting power of the
balancer (see page 26).
12. The cord on the balancer.
13. Check the disconnection operation on systems with
automatic disconnection. If necessary, adjust the bowden
wire on the suction trolley.
14. Check the tightness of the screws in the joint
connectors.

Instandhaltungsanleitung
Folgende Punkte regelmäßig mindestens einmal jährlich
oder bei Einbau von Ersatzteilen auf sichere Befestigung,
Verschleiß und Funktionsfähigkeit überprüfen.
1. Befestigung der Schienenaufhängung
2. Schlauch überprüfen.
3. Endstopper.
4. Schlittenanschlag.
5. Räder des Absaugsschlittens überprüfen.
6. Kontrollieren, daß der Wagen auf der gesamten
Schienenlänge leicht läuft.
7. Die Führungen des Absaugschlittens auf Abnutzung
kontrollieren. Bei Bedarf reinigen.
8. Gummipuffer und Dämpfer des Absaugschlittens.
9. Mundstück.
10. Saugleistung des Schlauches prüfen.
11. Funktion des Balancers kontrollieren und überprüfen,
dass der Schlauch richtig nach oben gezogen wird und
nicht auf dem Boden schleift. Gegebenenfalls Zugkraft
des Balancers einstellen (siehe Seite 26).
12. Seil des Balancers überprüfen.
13. Bei Systemen mit automatischer Trennung ist der
Trennvorgang zu prüfen. Ggf. ist das Bowdenkabel am
Absaugschlitten einzustellen.
14. Prüfen, ob die Schrauben an den Verbindungsstücken
fest angezogen sind.
