Chipper disc
for slicing raw potatoes.
Place potatoes in the filling shaft.
Turn switch to 3.
Add more potatoes with the pusher.
Julienne disc
for slicing vegetables, potatoes, carrots,
celery or hard fruit in long, thin strips.
Place ingredients in the filling shaft.
Turn switch to 4.
Add more ingredients with the pusher.
