JULABO provides a warranty that the device will function perfectly as
long as it is connected and handled correctly and as described in the
operating manual.
The warranty period is
one year.
Free extended warranty
The 1PLUS guarantee gives the user a free extended warranty to 24
months, limit to a maximum of 10,000 hours of service.
The requirement for this is that the user registers the device on the
JULABO website at www.julabo.com, quoting its serial number. The
JULABO GmbH invoice date is used to define the warranty period.
In the event of a justified complaint the warranty is limited to refinishing
or free repair or replacement at our discretion. Defective parts will be
repaired or replaced free of charge if, in the event of a fault or a defect,
there is evidence that it was due to a material or workmanship flaw.
All other compensation claims will be rejected.
