Power sources

You can use the following power sources:
When the recorder is attached to the
station
— house current (wall outlet)
When the recorder is used by itself
using the battery compartment of the
recorder
— lithium ion rechargeable battery
LIP-8 (supplied)
using the supplied external battery
case
— two LR6 (size AA) dry batteries
Using the station on house
current
The station can be powered only by the
house current.

Before using the supplied LIP-8 lithium
ion rechargeable battery for the first time,
charge it in the station.

Connect the station to the house

Insert the LIP-8 lithium ion
rechargeable battery (supplied) in the
battery compartment of the recorder
and close the lid.

Attach the recorder to the station.

charging starts.

A rechargeable battery inserted in the battery
compartment of the station is charged
whether or not the power is turned on as
long as the AC power adaptor is connected
