Emergency discharge procedure
• People may not stand in the hazardous area
around the lift. Secure the lift area (block off).
• Check whether the latches are engaged.
• Once the latches are engaged, the lift rails must
be lifted with a hoist until the latches can be man-
ually disengaged.
• Securely prevent the latch from locking in using a
suitable aid (e.g. wire) (see photo).
• Unscrew the screws on the lowering valve (see
photo). The lowering procedure begins immedi-
ately. The lowering speed can be varied by the
rotation position (see photo).
• In case of danger, tighten the emergency dis-
charge screw (if this is possible without endanger-
ing the operator).
• Always observe the lowering process.
• Lower the lift to the lowest position.
• If required, firstly inform customer service.
• Only operate the lift again if it is in seamless con-
dition from a safety point of view.
6.2

Moving onto an obstacle

If the lifting rails or lifting arms move onto an ob-
stacle due to operator inattention, the lift stops
in place. To remove the object, raise the lift to a
height where the object can be removed.
For this, push the "Lift" button.
