> Cleaning agents must not be allowed to seep into the soil!
> Dispose of used cleaning solutions in accordance with the applicable environ-
mental regulations!
7.2.1. Deformation, nipping, cracks
Before use, check the following components for deformation, nipping and cracks:
• Chassis with swivel castors and stabilisers
• Push-up ladders
• Struts (folding struts, horizontal struts and railings)
• Platform
> If any of the above-named defects is detected in one of the components, the
work platform must not be used.
7.2.2. Correct functioning
Before using the work platform, check the following components for correct func-
tioning:
• Swivel castors (free movement and easy running of the spindles)
• Brake levers on the swivel castors (correct functioning)
• Platform flap (correct functioning)
> If any of the above-named defects is detected in one of the components, the
work platform must not be used.
7.2.3. Lubrication
Lubricate all moving parts (spindles, bearings of the swivel castors) with normal lu-
bricating oil if they are sluggish. For use in the winter, use low viscosity oil.
